A Pleasant Surprise Visit by Hon’ble Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan, Shri Madan Ji Dilawar
It was an overwhelming moment to receive an unexpected visit from Hon’ble Shri Madan Ji Dilawar, Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan.
I had the privilege of treating him in 2010, during my tenure as Professor of Neurosurgery in Kota, for a severe head injury, comatose condition, and spine injury he had sustained. By God’s grace, and with steadfast dedication, he recovered remarkably well.
Upon learning about my presence at my upcoming hospital OPD, despite his tight schedule filled with back-to-back meetings, he surprised me with a personal visit. In front of everyone present, he affectionately said, “आज जो भी मैं ज़िन्दा हूँ, Dr. साहब की वजह से हूँ” — words that deeply touched my heart.
Such camaraderie, gratitude, and straightforward acknowledgement from a dynamic leader are truly humbling.
May the Almighty continue to shower His blessings upon us.
