Was at 71.2kgs this morning. Still on the same weight from last 3 days when my calorie intake has gone up by 600-700since last week.

On a 2700kcal meal plan.
Going to stay on the same plan for another 2 weeks to see how my weight fluctuates and how am I looking, accordingly I will change my intake or maybe food types. 💪🏻

GOAL: To build muscle for next 12 weeks (short term goal) bring up the lagging bodyparts.

Yes, I don’t need music when I workout. 😁 ask me why in DM.

Heels elevated squat, using safety bar because the straight bar is slightly uncomfortable on my shoulders.

Squatting after quite a while, you can see that by the weights on my bar and much better through faces I make 😶‍🌫️

It took 10 weeks to drop 8-9kgs of body weight. Preserved as much muscle as possible by keeping my protein intake high.

On the left - 4th October 2021, was at 79kgs and nearly around 13% body fat.

On the right - 11th December 2021, at 69.5kgs, depleted and nearly around 8% bodyfat.
Calorie deficit, workout 5-6 times per week, 10k -15k steps on daily basis, sleep hours were 5-6 hours due to my schedule, but recovered well from the workouts.

Starting with reverse diet as ended my deficit at 1300-1400kcal, which is low but needed to achieve that condition on the right.
Will gradually increase my calories, because I do not want to get out of shape and build some lean tissue over the course of next 12-16weeks.

Will train 4-5 times per week, working on my lacking bodyparts now.

Definitely improving my sleep hours, better for recovery and overall health.

As I said I will enter 2022 in the best shape, and will improve from there.

🤯Fat loss is not difficult, but to stay consistent with the process of losing fat and doing daily tasks to achieve that peak physique goal is difficult.

Some quit, some get bored of doing the same thing every other day & finally stopping everything altogether and getting back to normal, to a much more boring routine, forgetting the “why” for the end goal they had once.

It’s okay, if you are not allowed to eat the foods your tongue likes and you will have to eat the food which is healthy for your gut.

It’s okay, you have to walk to the store for buying groceries so that you complete daily step goals and not taking your vehicle.

People often think of the start and the end point of the goal and give up in the middle of the process, without realising that they were already halfway there.

Think of “why” you started, at every point you feel like quitting the process. Praise every small achievements and always look forward to achieving daily goals/tasks and you will be there soon where you always wanted to be.
