🌅Government of India is organizing mass Surya Namaskar virtually on 14th Jan. 2022 (Makar Sankranti) through Yoga Certification Board (YCB) to celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence - Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

👉Participate in Mass Surya Namaskar (Virtual Sun Salutation) on 14th Jan. 2022 at open timings and obtain a certificate from Yoga Certification Board (YCB) India.

👉What you have to do ...
Register yourself on YCB website on the following link...

👉https://yogacertificationboard.nic.in/suryanamaskar/

👉After registering for the event, a registration number will be generated. Save it for further reference.

👉Perform Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) a set of 12 Asanas (Postures)

👉Take pictures or video of important poses in Surya Namaskar. Upload them on your Facebook, Google Drive etc. and obtain a link of pictures or video so uploaded.

👉Open Registration link again and Log in. Your Registration Number will be reflected there.

👉👉Paste the link of pictures or video, so uploaded, at the place provided and finally SUBMIT.

👉After verification, a Certificate will be issued to you which you can download from YCB's website from the same Registration Link.

*DO JOIN THE HEALTHY MOVEMENT ALONGWITH 7.5 MILLION PARTICIPANTS ALL OVER THE WORLD.*
