On this day of world physiotherapy day , I admit that I am proud to treat people with disabilities , injuries , restrictions in activities due to pain , stiffness .

It wouldn't have been possible to treat any patient without their trust , Co-operation and patience.
I am grateful to serve them when they are weakest and I happily make them STRONGEST .
( I don't deny the fact that I emphasize alot on modifying their lifestyle , and most of them get inspired )

From difficulty to bend the knee to running on a Treadmill post knee surgery was important to make him fully functional and back to his activities of daily living so that he can get back to work as soon as possible
With all his dedication and regularity in doing exercises he was able to achieve all the goals in less than 3 months post surgery .
He is more active than before now to avoid post surgical complications and goes for a jog regularly or he may do any form of physical exercise .

STAY HEALTHY ! STAY FIT ! STAY ACTIVE !

So when are you going to start doing plank ?

I Often emphasize to Practice 'PLANK' everyday because of its multiple benefits
Here I list few of them :
1. Strengthens your abdominals , back and shoulder muscles .
2. Reduces back pain
3. Improves Balance
4.Gives you a better posture .

If you are a beginner , start with 10 secs , then 30 secs and aim to hold it for 1 min
People who are doing it already , try to challenge your own core and increase your timing upto 120 secs for males and 90 secs for females and repeat the exercise thrice .

Also send us your pictures or videos while practicing these exercises and we will repost it .
