On 15th and 16th there will be Mukhya mantri Vayu seva programme held at DHH, Nabarangpur. During this health camp Super specialists of Cardiology, Urology and Gastro -enterology from medical colleges will come to DHH Nabarangpur. So any chronic patient with diseases of heart, kidney or Gastrology related may avail the facility. But they have to go to DHH tomorrow on 13th before 2pm for screening or any other investigation. They should bring their *Aadhar card* and BSKY card if available. Also one attendant should go with them. Kindly circulate this among ur known groups so that maximum people can be benefited from the above facility.
