Is Working out daily is a Challenge for you?

Yes definitely few years back it was for me. I was overweight by 15 kgs with lots of menopausal problems. So exercise daily is the solution for me I was aware about the importance of working out daily. पण मराठीत म्हणतात ना ' कळत पण वळत नाही '. I was going through same state of mind. Let me tell you all that it's a mind game.

But when I joined weight loss program, I started believing myself & training my mind that 'I will & I can'. Surprisingly it worked.

So train you mind and your body will start reacting in the same direction.

Why it is important?

Post workout recovery & one day rest is very important for the body.

▶️ Atleast ONE day rest to the body is very much needed to repair the tear muscles which in turn helps to perform at it's best

▶️ Heal & grow tissues. Exercise creates microscopic tears in our muscle tissues. During rest cells called fibroblasts repair it. 💪💪

▶️ Sometimes muscles need extra support especially when you do Strength training exercises, weight training exercises.

👉 Don't forget to take proper Nutrition 🥛 & protein 🍲🥗 on daily basis for better recovery.

Summer has already started & Hydration is utmost important. Buttermilk is very good option to keep ourselves hydrated and also it also aids to weight loss.

I personally preferred buttermilk because -

* Buttermilk is rich in proteins, vitamins and several minerals
* Low in calories and fats.
* Keeps us hydrated and energetic.
* Makes us feel full, thus reducing unnecessary consumption of junk food.

In short, it is an ideal drink for people who want to lose weight.

Eat Right is the key to healthy living.

There is a myth that dieting means eating less. But actually it is, eating Right quantity at Right Time.

5years back I was also following wrong eating habits - no fixed timings, eating outside frequently. And it had paid me with lots of acidity, hair fall, lethargy.

But now I am following the timing as well as portion /quantity of my each meal.

Today my plate of lunch contains 1 Chapati (carbohydrate)+ 1 spoon ghee (good fat), sabji and small portion of Matki Usal (protein). So Carbohydrates + Proteins + fibre
