What exactly you should do to get rid of the habit of mid night munching / craving ? 💪🏻
1. After dinner, close your kitchen, clean, switch off kitchen lights and if you have a door in the kitchen shut it. Plus, brush your teeth after dinner. Make this a ritual.
2. Wait for 10-15 mins before making a quick decision to grab something.
3. Next have a glass of water, many times you mistake thirst to hunger so drink water first.
4. If you still feel hungry reach out for something small, cheese slice, a piece of fruit , some nuts, left over Sabzi or dal.
