How Stress Affects the Body........

Stress affects both the mind and the body. It can make it tougher to think clearly, leaving you forgetful and scattered. As if that isn’t unpleasant enough, stress can also cause a wealth of physical symptoms, including a rapid heartbeat, muscular tension, headaches, stomach upset.
The problem is when stress becomes chronic, or when you find that you’re constantly having an outsize reaction to small stressors. That’s when stress can be less than beneficial, impacting your emotions, cognition, and physical health in a negative way and even causing serious illness down the line, be it heart disease, lowered immunity, or changes in the brain.
