Cosmic Healing Meditation and Shaktipat over the telephone

***Reposting this post, as it may give clear picture of the meditation process followed by us.***

Hello friends,

I am writing this post to share my personal experience of meditation with you all.

I am doing this meditation since last three months with my Sir. 'Sir' is a spiritual person who is currently residing in Padmashree Siddhyog Peeth Ashram, Vasai. He has been pursuing the knowledge and experience of spirituality and meditation over the last 20 to 25 years. I have had detailed discussions with him over the phone on various doubts/question of mine related to spirituality and meditation and I have understood that his knowledge in the field of spirituality is very sound and deep.

He has studied the philosophies of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism in respect of spirituality and meditation very thoroughly.

I came to know about Sir from my maternal uncle who is a yoga teacher in the Ashram.

Now, I will share my experience of meditation with Sir. This meditation which I do, gets started with a call with Sir. You might be aware of the word 'Shaktipat' which means transmission of spiritual energy from one person to another. Sir does the same thing over the telephone. He transfers his energy on call for 2 to 3 minutes and then call is disconnected, then I do the meditation further for some time generally 20 to 30 minutes. During this period one can feel this spiritual energy and its just incredible.

On my first day of meditation with Sir, I had a divine experience of meditation. My words are incapable to explain that experience in exact manner. I had never experienced that kind of dhyan earlier in my life. That energy was never experienced by me. My body and head were feeling gentle vibrations. It was very peaceful and thoughtless meditation. That thoughtlessness was really so good that I thought I should not come out of this state. I used to do meditation before meeting to Sir also, but I had never experienced that kind of thoughtlessness earlier in my life. According to me this 'Shunyatwa' (thoughtlessness) is the true essense of meditaion. This state of meditaion is easily possible with the help of this spiritual energy which Sir can transfer to any soul.

Today also I had the same kind of experience, thats why sharing this with you all so that you may also get help from our ancient technique of meditation to make your life better.

Thank you!

Hello,

I am Vishwajeet S Nikam. This is my second post for this page. Earlier I had posted on 19th March 2021.
I have been meditating with Sir since last 9 months. Yesterday I had a great experience of meditation. Sir asked me to concentrate on root chakra (Muladhar chakra). I was feeling some gentle vibration in muladhar chakra. My spinal cord was feeling some kind of different energy. It was so much relaxed and I was experiencing a great kind of peace. There were no thoughts in my mind for that period. It was such a great experience.
The day before yesterday sir asked me to concentrate on a point 12 inch above the crown chakra. That was also a great experience like the yesterday's one. I was feeling myself free from my body. I was feeling so much light and fresh. I didn't want to come out of that state, so much divine, pleasant, peaceful it was.

I am very grateful to Sir as I am receiving energy from him through Shaktipat which is very helpful for peacefull meditation.

Thank you very much Sir for such a wonderful experience of meditation.

Thank you,
Vishwajeet S Nikam

What is life?
The Online Etymology Dictionary defines life as "animated corporeal existence". It also goes on further to elucidate life as " the period between living and death".
The word corporeal means that which has a form. Hence corporeal is matter. Since post relativity we know that Space and time are not absolute. They appear because matter is. What is matter? Matter in itself does not exist. The Wikipedia explains matter as not existing fundamentally, because matter, at its base form is founded in the quantum domain, at the domain of electron positron and so forth.
The word animated is to be understood. Animated is the past participle of anima which has come from the Proto Indo European word Ane, which means breath. Back in India the word Atman also means breath.
Who breathes? Is he inside the body? Or there is something that makes the body breathe? This is a vital question. Also the word Atman also means knowingness, the power which lends the body the ability to know. But that which breathes, knows and acts is not made inside the body as and when we gain self consciousness. The Rig Veda in its Purusha Sukta and the Nasadiya Sukta explains it as the Purusha. But the Rig Veda does not stop at the Purusa. It embarks on a journey where the seers talk of the final source that is beyond the Purusa.
Life word has come from the P.I.E root leip, which means to adhere to. To adhere to what? Existence, corporeal existence. That which adheres to, the knowingness is not within the body and not within the mind as well. That which adheres to corporeal existence is what is set free, comes to stay in itself as it is, what Shankaracharya would call SAT CHIT ANANDA in his Advaita Vedanta. To know this, is the initial goal of meditation.
But this cannot be felt just like that. For this one needs vibration and this is not the whole thing also. Beyond this is the inexplainable, the Sunyata zero, no-thingness that is pointed towards in a nirvana experience. It can be felt through practising one's attention away from the mesh and mess that the self consciousness remains entangled into. And this practice can be facilitated by a direct energy transfer--a form of Shaktipaat, descension of vibration, energy, vitality, Shakti--in this meditation session.

When you be humble for no reason, something beyond you grows. And you get stretched out a bit more.

But when you be humble for a reason, a worldly affair, something within you shrinks. And you crumple a bit more.

All worship is humility. But worship with a cause is inferior to worship without a cause

Just like love with an end in mind is mixed. It's love, still. Yet it's not love, purely. Pure love sets one free. If you would have loved even for a second without an end in mind. If you have witnessed it. It"s one's stretching beyond eternity, beyond infinity, to a diffetent dimension.

That dimension is you.
