• Yogic practices should be performed in empty stomach
• In the morning, face East or North and in the evening West or North
• Dress should be loose enough to allow free movement of the limbs
• Ideal way to start Yogic practices is to spread a blanket on the floor
• Movements should be slow in every case, sudden movements should be avoided
• After Yoga, relax for 15 mins and then consume food
• During Yogic practices concentrate on your breathing
