HEALTH has always been perceived by all of us as 'NORMAL FUNCTIONING OF THE BODY'
We are all blindly running behind to FIT IN THE NORMAL RANGE OF VALUES for every other function of our body be it Blood Pressure, Cholesterol Levels, Blood Sugar Levels, Vitamin & Hormone Levels etc.

So, the Increased or Decreased Values are not Diseases in actual sense, but your body's own efforts to return to the Natural & Normal state - Health.
