જ્યારે તપમાં અહંકાર ન રહે,
સ્વાધ્યાયમાં આત્મકેન્દ્રિતતા ન રહે,
અને પ્રયત્નમાં સમર્પણ ઉમેરાય —
ત્યારે યોગ સહજ બને છે.

ઈશ્વર પ્રણિધાનથી
ચિંતા ઓછી થાય છે,
અહં શિથિલ થાય છે,
અને અંતરમાં વિશ્વાસ સ્થિર થાય છે.

ઋષિ પતંજલિ અનુસાર,
તપ, સ્વાધ્યાય અને ઈશ્વર પ્રણિધાન —
આ ત્રણેય સાથે મળીને
દરેક ક્રિયા માં યોગ પૂર્ણ કરે છે.

તેથી યોગમાં —
પ્રયત્ન કર, પણ શિથિલતા સાથે.
અભ્યાસ કર, પણ સમર્પણ સાથે. 🧘‍♂️✨

આરામની સીમાથી બહાર નીકળી
જ્યારે આપણે તપ કરવાનું શરૂ કરીએ,
ત્યારે શરીર અને મન બંને વિરોધ કરે છે.
થાક, દુખાવો, લાલચ, ચીડ — બધું સામે આવે છે.

અહીં જ મહર્ષિ પતંજલિજી સ્વાધ્યાય પર ભાર મૂકે છે.

સ્વાધ્યાય એટલે માત્ર ગ્રંથ વાંચન નહીં,
પરંતુ સ્વનું અધ્યયન —
પોતાની ક્ષમતાઓને સમજવી,
પોતાની જરૂરિયાતોને ઓળખવી,
અને પ્રયત્નમાં સહજતા લાવવી.

તપ જો સ્વાધ્યાય વિના કરવામાં આવે,
તો તે ભાર બની જાય છે.
પરંતુ સ્વાધ્યાય સાથે કરેલું તપ
સમજણ, ધીરજ અને આત્મજ્ઞાન તરફ લઈ જાય છે.

ધીમે ધીમે બાહ્ય ઇન્દ્રિયસુખ પોતાની પકડ છોડે છે,
અને અંદરનો અવાજ સ્પષ્ટ થવા લાગે છે.

તેથી યોગમાં —
સંઘર્ષ કર, પણ જાગૃતિ સાથે.
તપ કર, પણ સ્વાધ્યાય સાથે. 🧘‍♂️🔥
