SANKALP an NGO run by Matushree Parsanba Charitable Trust works for rehabilitation of Disabled & und

Children at SANKALP suffer from disabilities like Down’s syndrome, Autism, Asperger's syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Prader Willi Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Mental Retardation and Speech/Hearing Impairment etc. 90% of the children have multiple disabilities. Centre employs professionally qualified and experienced special educators, behavioral, speech and physiotherapist for taking care of children.

-REPORT of children during the year 2022-23 @

The current academic year will end on 21st April, and the summer vacation will last until 4th June. On 16th April, there was a final parent meet to share the progress of each child with their parents and provide professional guidance for them.
A psychologist, Mr. Mansoor Jamshed, spoke about "Parents Wellbeing & dilemma" to teach parents how to balance their mental and emotional health, which is equally essential for their children's growth. The children have demonstrated progress in cognitive, communication, behavior, self-help, gross motor skills, and socialization according to observations made by psychologists, special educators, and therapists. Parents were happy with their child's progress, and Sankalp thanked them for their feedback and support.

Once again a BIG THANK YOU for your continued support to our project. Sankalp also invites suggestions from everyone to work together more closely as a proactive partner and attract wider participation in this project.

Sakshi's triumph exemplifies her relentless dedication and hard work despite physical and mental obstacles. We are grateful to Tarvinder Arora ji for giving Sakshi the opportunity to demonstrate her talent in a beautiful environment with the wonderful sounds of music.🙏

Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated with tremendous excitement and zeal by Sankalp family in our unique way as always. The colourful festival bridges the social gap and renew sweet relationships. Our teacher’s explained importance of holi festival & story to children.

Safe & Eco-Friendly Holi 2022 @ Sankalp
We celebrated the festival with a difference with dry and eco-friendly manner at Akota Garden. All students and teachers felt the exuberance of warmth and the joy of vibrant colours applied on them. There was laughter, joy and merry making in the air. Followed by delicious Lunch at khakhi restaurant.
