Whenever you think your chronic illness is over power in your spirit, keep pushing yourself to keep going and never give up never quit because that is the only way a chronic illness patient can survive...

There are hard days and time that can get rough but keep pushing yourself through it all and never quit....

Lupus, gastroparesis, kidney involvement, celiac or hypothyroidism all alone are quite hard to deal with, in my case they are a package deal with APS, anxiety and depression as add one!

I still choose to keep pushing myself through it all and never think of quitting!

In the hardest of times I still say keep going..

Chronic illness is a part of you and not your whole life. You need to be the sailor and the captain of your own ship direct your body how to leave life and focus on gratitude always!
