According to Ayurveda, Adadhiya pak is
Snigdha (unctuous), Ushna (hot) & Guru (heavy) in nature 🌿
👉 Hence, it should be consumed only if your digestive fire (Agni) is strong.
👉 Best eaten during daytime, when digestion is naturally stronger.
👉 Avoid at night to prevent heaviness and indigestion.
