Details of the Workshop as follows:
Your inner child represents your first original self that entered into this world; it contains your capacity to experience wonder, joy, innocence, sensitivity and playfulness. Inner child work is the process of contacting, understanding, embracing and healing your inner child.
Purpose of this Workshop - In the fast-pacing life, we play multiple roles & responsibilities in society. Where, while growing-up, our energy get drained & unknowingly we pile-up deep-seated traumas & unattended-emotions.
In the "Inner Child Workshop, these layers of unhealthy & deep-seated emotions & Trauma are Craft-fully dealt & removed with your full participation & involvement.
These all deep processes are done under able guidance of professional Therapist-Master Ms. Shampa Mukherjee.
The program details are as below:
Dates - 25th August to 2nd September, 2024 (8+1 days)
Timings - 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm IST (Indian Standard Time)
Replay-1: 9:30pm- 11:30pm IST(same day)
Replay-2: 5am- 7am IST(next day)
Replay-3: 3pm- 5pm IST(next day)
