✨ Yoga Nidra Magic ✨
Yesterday, I had the joy of guiding 17 beautiful souls through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session. 🌙
It was a journey inward — a chance to rest, reset, and reconnect with the stillness that lives within us all.
🕉️ Yoga Nidra (the yogic sleep) is a powerful practice of conscious relaxation — it’s not your regular Sravasana! While Sravasana rests the body at the end of a class, Yoga Nidra takes you beyond — resting the mind, balancing the nervous system, and recharging your entire being.
