A 22 years old male patientwith a history of fall from first floor. X ray shows fracture of talus , fracture plafond with subluxation of ankle. Open reduction and fixation of talus dome with Herbert screw ,tibial plafond fixed with 4 mm C. C. Screws and reduction of ankle + external fixation done

19 years old girl sustained a comminuted intercondylar fracture of left elbow.
Bicolumnar plating through olecranon osteotomy approach done. Immediate active mobilization of elbow started. 0- 100 degree flexion arch achieved in two weeks
