A patient from Bihar presented with a subluxated hypermature cataract associated with more than 50% zonular dehiscence. Due to the complexity and high surgical risk involved, the patient had consulted multiple eye surgeons in Bihar but was advised against surgery as it was considered a very difficult case.
The patient then reported to Amar Jyoti Netralay, Mudhaila Tiraha, Varanasi, where detailed evaluation was performed. The case was successfully managed with subluxated cataract extraction, anterior vitrectomy, and SFIOL (Scleral Fixation Intraocular Lens) implantation.
Postoperatively, the patient showed remarkable visual improvement — from finger counting at 1 foot preoperatively to 6/24 unaided vision.
The patient expressed great satisfaction and gratitude for the successful outcome.

The patient had a mass over the upper lid margin, for which she initially consulted a dermatologist and underwent laser ablation. Despite the procedure, the lesion recurred. Subsequently, she consulted Amar Jyoti Netralay, Churamanpur (Mudhaila) and was treated by Dr. Sunny Kumar Gupta, where surgical excision was performed. The excised mass was sent for histopathological examination, which revealed a rare tumor—HIDRADENOMA (A BENIGN ADNEXAL TUMOUR).
On follow-up after one month, the patient was found to be completely cured. She is highly satisfied with the treatment and expressed her gratitude.

The patient had an eye injury caused by vegetative material and was suffering from pain, watering, and reduced vision.
