Lower back pain ho raha hai aur aap phir bhi deadlift aur squat kar rahe ho?
Ho sakta hai reason ho Anterior Pelvic Tilt.

Anterior pelvic tilt me pelvis aage ki taraf tilt ho jata hai, jisse lower back par extra stress aata hai.
