Established in 1998 Eastern Infrastructure Fund (EIF) is a non-profit professionally managed project research and development organization engaged in the field of sustainable area & enterprise development. Using cutting edge development expertise and dedicated funds, our core activities are focused toward efficient delivery of Infrastructure and services to support sustainable developments of both project effected people and corporate enterprises encompassing holistic needs of Ecology, habitat, Culture, Health & Livelihood of project affected area. It involves:
1. Benefit and sustainability evaluation (BASE) of project, policies and technologies in the project effected area.
2. Macro/Micro area development plan and demand forecasting of Social-Economic development projects.
3. Financial Engineering and project management.
4. Vocational and Post qualification training in O&M.
5. Periodic impact assessment.
