This hospital has facilities for Dialysis, Modern Operation Theatre, Labour Room and Day Care Unit. This Hospital is ISO approved and the ISO Registration no. is ISO 9001:2008

24x7 services include Emergency, Multi slice CT, USG, Color Doppler, Digital X-ray, Portable X-ray, 2D Echo, ECG, TMT, EEG & PFT. Of Pathology, Pharmacy, Ambulance Services and On Call Clinician after working hours. This Hospital is also having most of the Endoscopic set up and other specialized equipments include C-Arm, Pneumatic Drill, Endospinal Unit, Ventilator, Bipap, Infusion pump, Multipara Monitors, Defibrillator and ABG machine. New Building is ready, adjacent to the old building to enhance the number of beds and for the accommodation of Cardiac Cath lab, Modular Cardiac OT, Stroke and Burn Unit with additional OPD complex and Blood Transfusion Unit.

गैलेक्सी का न्यूरोलॉजी विभाग भी न्यूरोसर्जरी विभाग की तरह ही पूर्वांचल के जाने माने न्यूरो फिजिशियन डॉक्टर विवेक त्रिपाठी की देख रेख में बेहतर ईलाज की सफलता की कहानी लिख रहा है। इस विभाग में पूर्वांचल का पहला स्ट्रोक यूनिट विभाग खुला जिसमे लकवा मारने के साढ़े चार घण्टे के अंदर अगर मरीज अस्पताल आ जाता है, तो ऐसे मरीज़ों को थ्रम्बोलाईज़ कर ईलाज किया जाता है और इस इलाज से वो पूरी तरह पहले जैसा ठीक हो जाने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। स्पाइनल कॉर्ड, किसी भी तरह की मसल की बिमारी, किसी भी नर्व की बिमारी का पूरा समाधान करते हैं और जांच के बाद उचित इलाज किया जाता है। इस विभाग में ब्रेन से सम्बंधित ऐसी बिमारी जिसे ऑपरेशन की ज़रुरत नहीं होती उसका समुचित ईलाज किया जाता है इसके अलावा मिर्गी और सभी प्रकार के सिर दर्द, चक्कर का ईलाज सफलता पूर्वक किया जा रहा है।

गैलेक्सी अस्पताल के डॉक्टर और पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ कुशल चिकित्सा का भरोसा तो देते ही है, साथ ही मरीज के अटेंडेंट की हर समस्या का समाधान करने में भी तत्पर रहते हैं और इसमें अगर मामला पुलिस से संबंधित हो तो पुलिस भी मरीज के साथियों की सेवा में हमेशा तैयार रहती है| ऐसा ही एक मामला सामने आया जब अमेरिका के एक व्यक्ति अपने एक परिजन को देखने के लिए अस्पताल आए तो उनका मोबाइल कहीं गुम हो गया जिसकी तलाश में अस्पताल के साथ स्थानीय पुलिस के लोगों ने पूरी तत्परता के साथ उनकी मदद की जिससे उनका मोबाइल उन्हें मिल गया| अब वह व्यक्ति वाराणसी पुलिस और गैलेक्सी अस्पताल के लोगों की इस तत्परता से अभिभूत है उन्होंने क्या कहा यह उन्हीं से सुनिए|
