We successfully organized a Career Guidance Workshop for undergraduate students of BHU, with participation from both the main campus and affiliated colleges. The session included engaging icebreaker activities, a guided visit to the PsyConnect Lab, and an interactive Q&A segment. The workshop was facilitated by PsyConnect Founder & Director, Mr. Shubham Dhakad.

This World Mental Health Day marks another milestone for us as we take a step forward by announcing the launch date of our Career and Mental Counselling Lab (Flagship initiative).

This upcoming space will not only provide opportunities to grow and heal, but will also introduce in-person internships and well-being programs.

Having begun our journey with virtual sessions, internships, and programs, we are now moving towards an in-person approach creating deeper connections and real-time impact in the field of mental health and career guidance.

✨ PsyConnect Advisory Meetup ✨

PsyConnect New Delhi had the privilege of meeting Prof. Shubhra Sanyal, Retd. Professor, National Institute of Criminology, MHA, New Delhi & who is also Senior Advisor at PsyConnect, on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025.

Prof. Sanyal, known for her expertise in empowerment, behavioral interventions, and adolescent well-being, shared valuable insights that continue to strengthen our PsyConnect Disha Project.

Our discussion focused on initiating research to identify existing gaps within non-profit organizations working for underprivileged students. Despite the presence of numerous initiatives, the impact and transformation among students from low socio-economic backgrounds remain limited. The conversation explored key barriers and factors contributing to high dropout rates, aiming to design solutions that foster sustainable educational engagement and empowerment.
