Our bodies are built to move. If there is one favour you can do to your self is to excercise. People argue that I walk a lot at work, I work in my kitchen , my kids keep me on my toes etc. This is not excercise. One should activate their core muscles and sweat to have the detoxing effect on the body and also to produce the feel good hormones. Excercise also help you detox your body as well
