At Pranam Yoga Joseph, teaching is not just what we do, it’s a genuine passion that drives us.
We miss the rhythm of daily classes, the energy of the shala, and witnessing the quiet breakthroughs that happen when students step just outside their comfort zone. 🙌

A look back at some of our favorite moments. 🌼💛

Graduation day is always a special moment for us. After 28 days of practice, learning, and transformation, we get to witness our students step into their new life. Not just as yoga teachers, but as more connected, grounded, and empowered versions of themselves.🧘‍♂️

These ceremonies are some of the most meaningful moments for us as teachers. It’s where we truly feel how the work we share, day after day, becomes part of someone else’s journey. 🌞

Thank you to every student who trusted us, showed up fully, and shared this path with open hearts. 🙏🧡

A flow to try to go into a deep forward bend. 🌼🌴

This flow is a challenging forward fold that we invite you to try. But remember, the body needs time. Always move through a proper warm-up and practice other forward bends first to open the muscles safely and prepare you body for this one.🙏

Hatha yoga is about being patient: going out of your comfort zone to challenge your body, and holding the poses. That’s the best way to improve your practice.🧘‍♂️✨

Forward folds invite us to release tension from the spine, hips, and hamstrings. They help calm the nervous system and improve flexibility. 🤍

This variation of Forearm Balance helps build shoulder strength, core power, and body balance, while sharpening your concentration and control. 💫

🤲 How to assist:
– Place one hand on the shoulder of the side where the elbow is grounded
– The other hand supports the foot resting on the elbow, keeping it close to the glutes for better alignment and stability
