A middle aged female reported with a complaint of pain in previously root canal treated lower first molar tooth. After examination, it was found that the root canal was incompletely cleaned and filled. A re root canal treatment was planned and completed in 2 visits. The pain subsided completely in 3 days.

A 60 year old man reported to us with a complaint of pain and sensitivity in upper front tooth. Clinical and radiographic examination revealed distally carious upper left lateral incisor approaching the pulp. A root canal treatment and a post and core treatment followed by a dental crown was planned and delivered within a week. Pain and sensitivity completely subsided in 2 days. Patient was satisfied with the esthetic results.

A dentist referred his father to us for a wisdom tooth root canal due to the difficult access and the complicated anatomy of the tooth. After clinical and radiographic examination, it was noted that the tooth had 3 roots and all of them were dilacerated (severely curved). The treatment was completed in a single visit. Note the lateral fill in the mesiobuccal canal. Pain completely subsided in 3days. The dentist was happy and satisfied with the results.

A middle aged female reported with a broken right premolar tooth and wanted to get it replaced as she was having difficulty in chewing. After examination and scans, a decision was made to extract the tooth and place an immediate implant in the same visit. The procedure was completed without any pain in 30min. A dental cap will be placed on the implant after 2 months. Patient was satisfied with the painless and fast immediate dental implant placement.
