“The Architecture of Yoga 2025”

The ultimate Yoga course like no other!

Join us as we delve into the fascinating world of functional anatomy & biomechanics underpinning Yoga and human body movements.

Through this program we unravel the captivating insights into the science, art and philosophy behind Yoga, examining it with the lens of kinesiology to better comprehend the human body performance in interact Asanas.

The course will start from 1st March, 2025. It will be in a hybrid mode (Online + Onfloor)

•Online Training: 1st March to 23rd March Every Sat & Sun at 6pm. (IST)

•Onfloor Training: 31st March to 5th April at Manali.

Using props in our practice does not mean that one is cheating or not capable enough, rather our Asana practice can be gently enhanced and deepened through the use of them. We must never shy away from using them when ever we need to.
We all have different body types, some of us are very flexible and some stiff by nature, props can work miracles for both. They help us in not over-exaggerate a posture and also assist getting into one while we assimilate all its possible benefits.
Using Props also show us how anyone can practice regardless of their physical incapabilities. From bolsters to straps, walls to ropes, from blocks to chairs & tables, anything can help us in our daily practice.
Similarly once we decide to walk on our spiritual paths we open eyes towards existence in a way that anything and everything seems to help us reach our goals.

Standing asanas and their benefits are considered building blocks of Yoga and are widely practiced to keep the body and mind in top shape.
The focus required to perform these asanas with steadiness develops concentration, flexibility & balance at the emotional, mental and physical levels, removing stress and anxiety.
