"STAY FIT n SUPPORT COVID RELIEF" Challenge.

Idea is very simple:

To keep people fit (with strong immunity to thwart Corona virus) while supporting the vulnerable people. This is how you do it in three steps:

It's a costly affair to undergo 'Total Hip Replacement' (THR) but it is even more costlier to not to follow certain precautions after the THR because the costs that one would incur would be in terms of pain, additional expenditure and uncertain outcomes of the surgery.

Hip joint is a ball & socket joint which you can imagine like this: a golf ball cut into half and put in a half circular bowl of the same circumference of the ball. Surface of the ball facing the bowl is circular but the surface not facing the bowl is flat and is attached to a stem (as you can see it in the picture below).

The advantage with the normal hip (ball & socket) joint is that it gives us the maximum mobility to move in any direction of our choice but this precise advantage in itself can work against after THR if certain precautions are not followed.

Certain movements after the surgery can force the ball to slip out of the socket. In a situation like that, if it is not possible for the surgeon to manually maneuver to put it back into the socket, patient needs to be taken back to the operating room.
