*CRPF Trooper Shoots Self Dead In Anantnag*

Srinagar, Aug 08 (KNC) : A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Trooper allegedly committed su***de by shooting himself dead with his service rifle in Dooru area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Friday morning.

An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner—(KNC) that the CRPF jawan (name withheld) who was posted for C /164 Battalion shot himself dead with his service rifle.

The motive behind his extreme step was not known immediately, the officials said, adding that police have started inquest proceedings in this connection.—(KNC)

Today I received a message to post regarding a temporary shop outside the garden. A poor man's temporary stall (a small roadside setup) was demolished. The reason given? That he didn’t have permission. But if that’s true, then who grants permission there? Last year, a pakora vendor was allowed at the very same spot. What changed this time?
