Myth 1️⃣️: household cosmetics are harmless 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🤦‍♀️
Reality:Home remedies can also irritate or sensitise skin or have comedogenic properties leading to acne/pimples. so they should be used with care⚠️

Myth 2️⃣️: Oily foods precipitate or aggravate Pimples🍟🍔🍕😷
Reality: Dietary factors have no role in aggravation of of pimples. so need of any food restrictions.😋

Myth 3️⃣️: Regular application of hair oil prevents hair fall and gives luxuriant hair growth🙆‍♀️
Reality: No scientific data exists to prove the utility of oil application for hair fall or greying of hair. The only purpose served is probably improvement in local circulation, if masssage is done after application of oil, with improvement in hair growth
