1. గర్భవతులు, బాలింతలు, అదనపు ఆహారం తప్పకుండా తీసుకోవాలి.

2. రోజుకు మూడు కన్నా ఎక్కువ పూటలు భోజనం చేస్తే మరీ మంచిది.

3. ముడి ధాన్యాలు, మొలకెత్తిన ధాన్యాలు, పులిసిన ఆహారం (పెరుగు) అదనంగా తీసుకొవాలి.

4. పాలు/మాంసము/కోడిగుడ్లు తీసుకోవాలి.
