Yogastha, a sanskrit word literally translates to "Immersed in yoga"

Yoga is a powerful practice originated in ancient India which helps a person know and further develop his potential. Yoga embodies union of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well being. The final evening of our Heartfulness Meditation series was a beautiful culmination of stillness, sharing, and inner connection. From heartfelt reflections and guided practices to warm smiles and collective gratitude, the space was filled with calm awareness and quiet joy.

As this journey came to a close, we were reminded that meditation is not an end, but a beginning — something we carry gently into our everyday lives. Grateful to all the participants, facilitators, and the Yogastha family for making these three days deeply meaningful.

May the calm we touched here continue to guide us inward. 🌿
