Is intermittent fasting suitable for everyone?
Well, intermittent fasting has its own pros and cons. So the benefit it has is it doesn't raise your insulin and which helps you lose fat.
However,
it's not suitable for many people because if you have, you know, chances of dropping on blood
sugars and fasting for too long will drop it further.
Or if you have acidity issues, then also there are people who are not able to follow this regime.
So for hyper acidity issues or for blood sugars, you know, when they drop easily in certain
cases, in certain people, you shouldn't follow this regime.
Having a balanced diet where you are
eating small frequent meals every two, two and a half hours is actually the best way forward to,
to lose weight, to maintain weight and to take care of your nutritional status also.
