In light of the current situation, we as a team will be SITTING IN SILENT PRAYER and MEDITATION at 8:00pm (IST)
Offering our gratitude to the monsoon rains and working with the healing energies of Mother Earth and Father Sky to shine its grace upon us for the highest and best of all.

Compromise may not be what you would like to hear as guidance... however it seems this can be the a great solution to your current situation.
compromise is a concept of finding a solution through COMMUNICATION, mutual acceptance of terms— often involving variations from an original goal or desires.

Stand up for what you believe in... can be sometimes sadly mistaken for standing up to the world n proving yourself.... or asserting your point of view---
on the contrary if you feel the need to do that or find yourself doing that, deep down... subconsciously... maybe you don't really believe in yourself
