Fever ❤️‍🔥
Young Kids with fever causes panic in Parents and that's obvious.
But if is associated with such a rash were the child is unmanageable and throwing up tantrums, then the patience are truly tested🥶.

This above recovery is within 2 days with fever never returned next day.
Child's temper was controlled and the child wanted to have the pills More😝.

Palmo Plantar Psoriasis

This patient didn't even remember exactly how many years he has been suffering.

April 2023 he visited my clinic after my father's reference.
He visited me 2 days back after almost 2 months break (he last visited in July st wk) as he underwent surgery for Hernia.

He was much surprised about the fact that even after being off medications for 2 months it never got worse again.

Proudly My father had a big smile😀

So this case of mine was very quick as the area was very less insipte of chronicity also the case had very limited characteristics.

Just sharing other details of the patient below.
F/27yr
Irregular periods- always after more than 60days
Spotting or Scanty Me**es
Eczematous skin on palms ands soles
Recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes
High sugar esp in urine- polyuria
Hairfall- scanty on vertex.

She was better with her flow and her cycles are normal post we started treatment
So now recently she got her test done and yes this was just to witness the actual body levels of FSH.
