एक 92 साल के बुज़ुर्ग को हाई ब्लड प्रेशर (210/110) के कारण हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया। हॉस्पिटल ने उन्हें ICU में भर्ती करने के लिए ₹20,000 माँगे। वहाँ बुज़ुर्ग को सिर्फ सिरदर्द था, और कोई गंभीर तक़लीफ़ नहीं था ।

बस कुछ दवाइयाँ और इंजेक्शन से, 10 मिनट में उनका ब्लड प्रेशर गिरकर 150/100 हो गया और कुल ₹600 का ख़र्चा आया

हॉस्पिटल में अनावश्यक रूप से ICU में भर्ती करने की माँग की जा सकती है, लेकिन सही जानकारी और इलाज से मरीज़ जल्दी ठीक हो सकता है और पैसे भी बच सकते हैं।
