Glimpse of Nirmal Initiative's 10th Foundation day. As we brought our deep and much needed conversations about intersectionlity and Prevention of Child Sexual abuse. We had therapists on board for mental health first-aid, sign language interpreters, accessibility highlight and policies on Child Protection and prevention of Sexual Harrasment shared with participants. 1. अंतर -पहचान आधारित (इंटरसेक्शनल) दृष्टिकोण
2. प्रचलित लैंगिक पूर्वाग्रहों की पहचान
3. रिपोर्टिंग में कानूनी और नीतिगत ढांचों की समझ

एक शनिवार सहभागिता के नाम ✍️
जिला मथुरा में कार्यरत सभी पत्रकार साथियों को जानकर हर्ष होगा कि 26 जुलाई 2025 (शनिवार) को 'यौन उत्पीड़न की संवेदनशील मीडिया रिपोर्टिंग तथा रोकथाम और पुनर्वास में भागीदारी' विषय पर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

PoSH कानून- महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न (निवारण, प्रतिषेध और प्रतितोष) अधिनियम, 2013- के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए बागपत जिले के विभिन्न सरकारी एवं निजी कार्यालयों में गठित आंतरिक परिवाद समिति के क्षमता निर्माण के लिए दिनांक - 06/05/2025 (मंगलवार) को श्रीमती अस्मिता लाल जी (जिलाधिकारी, बागपत) के मार्गदर्शन में एवं श्री अमर वर्मा (उपजिलाधिकारी, बागपत) के निर्देशन में एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यशाला में PoSH कानून से जुड़े प्रावधानों, शिकायत निपटान एवं रिपोर्टिंग प्रणाली पर बातचीत के दौरान इंटरसेक्शनैलिटी, प्राकृतिक न्याय जैसे जरूरी मुद्दों पर विशेष चर्चा की गयी।
