ફક્ત ૨૭ વર્ષની યુવતીના આંતરડાની ગાંઠમાં ખૂબ દુર્લભ એવા ' લાર્જ સેલ ન્યૂરો એન્ડોક્રાઈન કાર્સિનોમાં ' પ્રકારના કેન્સરનું નિદાન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

ફક્ત ૧૪ વર્ષની કિશોરીમાં જવલ્લેજ જોવા મળતા અંડાશયના એક દુર્લભ પ્રકારના કેન્સર 'ડિસજર્મિનોમાં'નું નિદાન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

Image 3, 4,5: classic histopath features of dysgerminoma, sheets, nests, and lobules of large polygonal cells separated by fibrovascular septa.

Tumour cells display:

 Abundant clear to finely eosinophilic cytoplasm, consistent with glycogen accumulation (suggestive of PAS positivity)

 Round central nuclei with vesicular chromatin and prominent nucleoli

 Well-defined cell borders, imparting a classic "fried-egg" appearance

o Fibrous septa are:

 Moderately thick

૫૦ વર્ષના પુરુષ જેમના લોહીમાં હિમોગ્લોબિન, શ્વેત કણો, પ્લેટલેટ ખુબજ ઘટી ગયા હતા, વારંવાર લોહી ચડાવવાની જરૂર પડતી હતી, લીવર (યકૃત) તેમજ બરોળ (સ્પ્લિન) ખૂબ ફૂલી ગયા હતા,

તેમના થાપાના હાડકામાંથી બોન મેરોના સેમ્પલ લઈને ટેસ્ટ કરતા ખુબજ દુર્લભ એવું બ્લ્ડ કેન્સર- પ્રાઈમરી માયલોફાઇબ્રોસિસ નું નિદાન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

Megakaryocytic lineage:

Increased in number.

Many show abnormal morphology:

Large, atypical forms with hyperchromatic, bulbous, or deeply lobulated nuclei.

Occasional clustering.

Erythroid and myeloid series: Relatively decreased, with displacement by megakaryocytes and stromal changes.
