40 yrs old, P2L2, TL done, C/O HMB with dysmenorrhea since 3-4 mnths.... USG S/O 10 x 8 cm i/m fibroid....EM sampling and pap smear NAD... Non affording for TLH.
Did TAH today...

C/O HMB since 3-4 mnths not responding to medical line of management.....
TAH BSO done...
Cut open specimen showed the following pathology....

Another NDVH today..
38 yrs old obese, P2L2, 2 FTND with AUB since 4-5 yrs not responding to any line of treatment.... Not willing for LNG-IUCD..
Finally opted for NDVH..
Patient happy, me too happy.. 😀😀

42 yrs old P2L2, 2 FTND, tubectomised, with H/O HMB since 5-6 months...... USG showed bulky uterus with thickened EM...
EM sampling done -- Secretory EM...
PAP smear -- NILM.
Not relieved with any kind of medical management...
Finally did NDVH today.... Uterus was adherent with fibrosis all around,? PID in past...

Patient 65 yrs old with abd pain since 5-6 months... CT showed 7*6*5 cm lft adnexal cystic mass with fat like structure within abutting lft tube n uterus.... No ascitis or LNpathy...
PV examn revealed hard mass in lft fornix, freely mobile........rest no abnormality noted in clinical examn and reports too....
Tumour markers WNL, but CT shows lesion.....
No frozen section facility available.......
Staging laparotomy (TAH BSO with infracolic omentectomy, peritoneal washings) done today......... No suspicious LN.
HPR awaited....
