This month has been about minimal invasive till now i did 8 cases 2 Mvr, 5 cabg Multivessel one severe lv dysfunction one 70 yr old lady total arterial Lima radial y with h/o stroke and hemiplegia , one axillary mini thoracotomy asd all patients did well learning every day . Keyhole surgery has become almost 50% of my practice .

Post mitral valve replacement came with stuck mechanical valve due to thrombus (blood clot) . Took up for emergency redo mitral valve replacement with bioprosthetic valve patient did well post procedure and discharged with in a week . Pictures showing thrombus above and below valve restricting leaflets from opening .

Flial chest leading to respiratory failure we did multiple rib fixation patient was able to come off ventilator and shifted to ward . Though not all rib fractures need to be fixed some need this procedure to get off ventilator and aid in recovery
