As Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram completes 10 beautiful years, Our heart is filled with gratitude. What began as a small dream—to create a space of healing, hope, and harmony—has now become a family of hundreds of lives touched and transformed.

Over these years, we have seen people walk in with pain, uncertainty, and worry… and walk out with smiles, strength, and renewed faith. Every tear of relief, every word of blessing, every healing journey has shaped Ayushpathy into what it is today.

To our guests, who trusted us with their health… to our dedicated team, who worked with compassion and sincerity… and to everyone who supported this mission—thank you. You are the true pillars of Ayushpathy.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also embrace a new beginning—a promise to continue healing with love, to honour the wisdom of Ayurveda, and to keep spreading light wherever we can.

Here’s to 10 years of service, and many more years of healing ahead.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

In Meppadi’s hush, the tea leaves whisper,
telling stories of rain, sun, and timeless calm.
The slopes wear green like silk,
each leaf catching the light of a wandering cloud.

Yoga is a psychosomatic discipline—a holistic integration of shareera (body),manas (mind) and Atma(soul). Without the active engagement of the mind, any practice involving asanas (postural exercises) remains merely physical movement and does not qualify as true Yoga. Asanas serve as an entry point to deeper states, but authentic transformation requires inner awareness.

Equally essential are the social and personal ethical frameworks known as Yama and Niyama, which are foundational in Patanjali’s Ashtanga (eight-limbed) Yoga system .

Furthermore, surrender (Ishvara-Pranidhana)—the act of dedicating one’s effort to a higher consciousness—is vital for progressing beyond physical alignment to subtler, meditative states.

In November 2015, my husband, Dr. Mridul, and I founded Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram with a vision of a promising future in the field of healing. However, due to unfortunate circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic and health issues within our close family, we were unable to continue our journey and had to close Ayushpathy in 2020.

I could never bring myself to let go of Ayushpathy completely or bury the dreams we had envisioned together. I was determined to restart it with even greater strength. However, restarting was not easy, as this time, I had to do it alone, facing numerous challenges along the way. But I emerged stronger than ever, and today, I am successfully running Ayushpathy—of course, with the unwavering support of my beloved husband behind the scenes.

On this Women's Day, when everyone celebrates the power of women, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the strongest woman in my life—my mother (mother-in-law). She encouraged me to follow my heart, even when I was surrounded by discouraging voices, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Team Ayushpathy is proudly known as a women's team, as the four of us—strong and determined women—are making this journey possible together. I am truly grateful to my team for their support in turning this vision into reality.

On this Women's Day, I extend my heartfelt wishes to all women. May every woman find the strength to step out of her shell, embrace her power, and spread positivity for the betterment of the world. Happy Women's Day!

When we founded Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram, our main goal was to create a space where people could heal not just their bodies, but also their minds and souls. We didn't want to run a typical Ayurvedic center where the focus is solely on health issues, routine check-ups, and treatments, like many others. Instead, we envisioned a place where people could talk to the doctors about anything—whether it’s health-related, personal life matters, future concerns, or any topic in the world. Our aim was to be here for everyone, offering a non-judgmental ear. They come, stay, receive treatments, find healing, share their experiences, and leave with cherished memories and positive energy. The love they show me is a priceless gift that I hold dear to my heart.

We had an amazing group from Switzerland who stayed with us for 21 days. Together, we shared beautiful moments and created wonderful memories, leaving with a positive outlook on their health and life. Thank you for choosing Ayushpathy

The day before the New Year offers a chance to reflect on the past year, holding onto positivity, confidence, and courage while letting go of negative emotions, fear, and doubts. We used this time to release the unwanted and embrace the vibrant energy from Mother Earth, the cosmic energy from the universe, and the strength to move forward from the fire. We made a pledge to love and help all beings in this universe. Empowering our bodies with the awakened energy of the chakras was the perfect way to end the year and welcome the new one. I am deeply grateful to all of you for allowing me to guide you through the energy of this beautiful universe.
Wish you all a happy new year
