A dream project by six leading physicians of the town, a celebrity orthopaedician, the only Uro-surgeon and an young & energetic intensivist; this 100 bedded hospital is situated in the heart of the city and still surrounded by lush green farms and beautiful landscape. To make the hospital well ventilated only six thousand square feet construction is done on each floor on a plot of 20000 sqft. Right from air conditioning, lighting, heating and water harvesting; the hospital has tried to save energy. This will not only save energy in the long run but will also contribute to save planet. The external elevation is taken from European Architectural Style which is suitable for dry and hot weather. Top floor slab is insulated by Koba & Theracool sheets. Heat resistant paint is applied on internal and external side of building. Central air conditioner is used for cooling and solar water heaters provide hot water.
