Job Title: HR & Administration Assistant
Reports to: Administration Manager
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Administration Manager with daily office tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and other communication.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Keep digital and paper files well-organized and up to date.
HR Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary documents and guiding them through initial procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal, professional, and legal information is accurate and confidential.
- Help organize and track training, performance evaluations, and other employee development activities.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate with departments such as Radiology, Patient Services, Marketing, and Maintenance on daily operational matters.
- Assist in monitoring facility needs and liaise with relevant vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Other Duties:
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Administration Manager.
Unique requirements of the job
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
