تحية طيبة..
فقر الدم..
فقر الدم هو عرض و ليس مرض في أغلب الحالات..
يعني من يجي مريض عنده فقر دم ضروري جدا اعرف السبب قبل ما انطي علاج و ذلك عن طريق مجموعه من التفاصيل بالتاريخ المرضي و الفحص السريري و التحاليل..
اعراض فقر الدم عديدة منها تساقط الشعر و الدوران و الخمول و التعب.. الخفقان و ضيق النفس كذلك..

اسباب فقر الدم عديدة جدا تبدأ من سوء الامتصاص الي أمراض نخاع العظم و النزف المخفي او الأمراض الوراثيه و غيرها..
لذا عند وجود فقر دم يجب على الطبيب اتباع سلسلة من الاجرائات قبل إعطاء اي علاج لضمان تشخيص المريض بالصوره الصحيحة..

ميتجزء من تقاليد ولمه العائله العراقيه..
فخلينا شويه نتكلم عن فوائد الشاي غير المحلى بالسكر :
١- هو مشروب غني بمضادات الاكسده الي تعزز المناعه وتعمل على حمايه الشرايين وتقليل مستوى الدهون على المدى البعيد
٢-يحمي الجلد ويقلل من خطر الاصابه بسرطان الجلد خصوصا بالمناطق المشمسه
٣-استهلاك الشاي بدون سكر يساعد ع فقدان الوزن وحرق السعرات الحراريه
٤-على الجهاز العصبي .. الشاي ماده منبهه تعمل على زياده التركيز ، تحسين الذاكره ، تقليل الاكتئاب وتقليل فرصه الاصابه بمرض الشلل الرعاشي مع تقدم العمر
٥-يزيد من فعاليه المسكنات في علاج الصداع و الشقيقه.
اغلب هاي الفوائد يرجع سببها لاحتواء الشاي على ماده الكافيين الي موجوده ايضا بالقهوه ..
