Male 43y old with large renal aneurysm (13*11cm) incidentally diagnosis as patient complain of mild right flank pain by dynamic CT and US showing large aneurysm, patient goes to many urologist,only advice for nephrectomy, referring to Al -AL-Hayat center of intervention radiology for renal artery aneurysm embolization ,the procedure done successfully with Very perfect result and preserved renal function and excretion 😊
