A recent study from 𝐑𝐮𝐢𝐣𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐉𝐢𝐚𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 has been published as a cover article in .
For the first time in adult clinical studies, the team directly visualized and quantified diabetes-related nerve microcirculation at~𝟏𝟎 μ𝐦 resolution using super-resolution ultrasound ( ), performed on the VINNO Ultrasound ULTIMUS 9 system with built-in Ultra-Resolution Microscopy ( ).
By making pathological microvascular remodeling visible and measurable in vivo, this work opens a new imaging pathway for understanding diabetic neuropathy mechanisms, supporting earlier diagnosis and more precise treatment evaluation.
