✅ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field
✅ Experience in product registration with the Ministry of Health / Kurdistan & Baghdad Regulatory Authorities
✅ Strong knowledge of MOH registration procedures, dossiers, variations, renewals, and documentation requirements
✅ Ability to prepare, review, and submit registration files, CTDs, and product documents
✅ Experience in communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and government offices
✅ Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PDF preparation
✅ Ability to track timelines and follow up on submissions and approvals
✅ Good communication skills in English (written & spoken); Kurdish/Arabic is a plus
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
