I was born of wood and string,
but my voice was shaped by these mountains.

I have sung through joy and hardship,
through patience, resilience, and hope.
I am the *saz of Duhok*.

Like me, the human body carries a melody you cannot see.
Hormones are its strings tightened, loosened, precisely tuned.
They decide rhythm, balance, and silence.
They are *the maestro of life’s symphony*.

When one string falters, the song changes.
When harmony is restored, life flows again.
