SUPA MEGA CASSETTE - WHITE

The Supa Mega Cassette is widely used in clinical, research, and toxicology labs, especially for prostate, brain, breast, and eye tissue. VACUETTE® K2EDTA and VACUETTE® K3EDTA Tubes

The VACUETTE® evacuated blood collection tubes are used for testing parameters in hematology. The tubes are available with interior coated spray-dried K2EDTA (dipotassium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) or K3EDTA (Tri potassium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid). EDTA salts inhibit the coagulation of the blood specimen by binding Calcium (Ca2+), thus preserving the blood cells for test analyses. The K2EDTA and K3EDTA additives preserve erythrocytes, leucocytes and thrombocytes for up to 24 hours. The differential should be analyzed, and the peripheral smear be made within 3 hours of specimen collection.

Tissue-Tek® O.C.T. Compound
Tissue-Tek® O.C.T. Compound is used to quickly embed fresh tissue specimens for frozen sections using a cryostat. Tissue-Tek O.C.T. Compound is a formulation of clear, water-soluble glycols and resins, providing a solid matrix to encapsulate tissue specimens and bond to the Specimen Holder for consistent sectioning in a cryostat working temperature of -10°C and below.

- No background staining
- Tissue stays on slide
- Holds and supports tissue in place for quick embedding
- Fast freezing for a quick turnaround-time (TAT)

يُستخدم هذا المُركّب لتضمين عينات الأنسجة الطازجة بسرعة في أقسام مُجمّدة باستخدام جهاز تبريد مُكثّف. مهذا المُركّب هو تركيبة من جليكولات وراتنجات شفافة قابلة للذوبان في الماء، تُوفّر مصفوفة صلبة لتغليف عينات الأنسجة والالتصاق بحامل العينة لضمان تقطيع مُتسق في درجة حرارة تشغيل جهاز التبريد المُكثّف التي تتراوح بين -10 درجات مئوية وأقل.
