متخصصین قلب چگونه با تست ورزش به گرفتگی عروق قلب بیماران پی میبرند

جواب سوال شماره ۱:

توسط جناب اقاي دكتر حسن طباطبايي(متخصص قلب و عروق داراي بورد تخصصي)

*حین انجام تست ورزش سیمهایی توسط چست لید به قفسه سینه بیمار وصل میشود و از طریق این سیمها اطلاعات نوار قلب بیمار به مانیتور دستگاه رایانه منتقل میشود.متخصصین از روی تغییراتی که در نوار قلب ایجاد میشود به گرفتگی عروق قلبی بیمار پی میبرند .در نوار قلب بیمار ۳موج عمده داریم،موج P,موج QRSوموج T.قطعه بین موج SوTبه قطعه STمعروف است.اگر این قطعه به سمت پایین حرکت کند نشانه گرفتگی عروق قلبی است.حین تست با افزایش ضربان قلب بیمار فشار بیشتری به قلب بیمار وارد میشود و گرفتگی رگ خودش را بصورت افت قطعه STدر صفحه مانیتور را نشان میدهد.دقت تست ورزش در تشخیص گرفتگی عروق حدود ۷۵درصد است و تنها تستی که بطور قطعی قادر به تشخیص گرفتگی عروق قلبی است آنژیوگرافی میباشد. #چست #قلب #آنژيوگرافي #نوارقلب #آنژيو #قلب #قلبي #گرفتگي #اكوتوريسم #نوارقلب #گلستان #گنبدكاووس #. The hospital has now about 50 bed and is considered a very important center in handling the medical needs of the people of the area . the special para clinical facilities available in the hospital include endoscopy, colonoscopy, colonhydrotherapy, livers fibroscan, stomachs balloon insertion, hemoroid laser, bendensity, eye, cornea , and iris laser, and eye photography.
in addition to general surgeries, some other surgeries are done in the hospital including the operations related to infertility (laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy , ....) replacement of knee joint, slipped disks in the back and neck, knee and pelvic surgery, cataract , removing bile stone by laser (laparascopy, sytectomy , ...) and kindney stone (tul) by modern and state of the art machines.
